Our Blue Heaven (Casa Cielito Azul) is located at 203 W. Saturn. This 4 bedroom / 3 bath home has a beautiful pool in a middle of a tropical landscaped back yard area. The two living areas (first and second floor) consists of a two sofa sleepers and two recliners with a large screen tvs. The kitchen (second floor) features full size refrigerator, stove, microwave and a complete set of everything necessary to create meals. The dining area features a two dining tables for eight persons.
$500 reservation deposit is due upon making the reservation. $500 reservation deposit converts to damage deposit at check in.
Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries
Fees: Linen fee $100.00 (4bd/3ba)
Pet fee $25.00/nightly - If dog or cat poop is left on the premises, and is not picked up, it is going to affect some of your damage deposit. The pet fee works to serve as a payment for the amenity/luxury of having your pet in the home or condo.
