I loved the pools they were so nice. The rooms were very spacious and clean. ibuilding.i really like the experience overall. It was very nice and clean.Some of the appliances were broken and furniture too. Two of the tvs didn't work. I also hate that there were only 2 parking spaces available for this rental we were 9 people so there were 4 cars and some of us had to park outside of the building. The condo is much bigger than expected, it was our family of four and a friends family of 5 and we didn’t feel crowded. The pool is right down the stairs and I loved that there were 2 pool options! The location is perfect, it’s near the bridge but not towards the busy part of SPI. There’s a beach shop within walking distance which is great for quick runs for beach toys! The beach is about a 3-4 minute walk, but we spent more time at the pool so wasn’t a big deal. The beds were very comfortable and the AC gets cold and we were so happy about that!The kitchen has limited supplies, it’s just difficult to think of every little thing to pack just in case. Definitely bring a broom or robot vac! The floors got SO dirty and got to the point we had to wear shoes to walk around. There wasn’t a TV in one bedroom and there wasn’t any outdoor furniture.4.6 / 50 0 -

The hosts were nice and welcoming. We were late for check in, they were very understanding. It fit our family of 8 with great space to spare, nice pools, literally walking distance from the beach and waterpark. Comfortable beds and great hot water tanks- hot water never ran out!! Adults check the balcony rails before letting your children out. The rails are not sturdy and feels like a child gate. There are signs posted as well.10.0 / 50 0
