Our Las Marinas condo rentals are located at 5909 Padre Blvd. on the bayside of South Padre Island,TX. Conveniently located within the Island's most exclusive subdivision on Cactus Cove Waterway at the Southwest corner of Sunset Drive and Padre Boulevard, Las Marinas provides waterfront living in a boating atmosphere while maintaining a short walk to the beach.
Designed with a Mediterranean flair, Las Marinas is a four story, thirty two unit building consisting of a upscale 2 and 3 bedroom condominiums. Living area features a large tv., sofa and recliner. Media room features tv and comfortable sofa sleeper. Master bedroom has complete furnishings, king size bed with comfortable bedding, cable tv., large closets. Second bedroom has complete furnishings queen size bed with comfortable bedding, cable tv., large closets. Kitchen features full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and complete set of everything necessary to create meals. Dining area features a dining table for four persons and four bar stools at the bar area. The safe harbor, private marina boasts a boat slip for every condominium unit offering residents easy access to the Laguna Madre Bay for boating, fishing, wind surfing, and other water activities. Amenities include Infinite style swimming pool, heated spa, poolside cabana with restroom, boat slip with electricity and water, fishing deck, fish cleaning station, two elevators, tropical landscaping, assigned parking and boat slip space, bay access and boat ramp nearby, short walk to the beach. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. POOL CLOSES AT 10PM.
Toiletries include: 1 roll toilet paper, no beach & bath towels, no paper towels, no coffee filters, no irons, no hairdryers. We suggest you bring beach & bath towels and your personal toiletries.
Wristbands $5.00 each will be required from March 1 through September 2, 2019.
Wristband fee is $25.00 for the following dates and they will be a different color:
March 7 through March 23, 2019
April 18 through April 20, 2019
July 3 through July 6, 2019
Two parking permits per rental will be permitted. Any vehicle without a permit will be towed.
Boat trailers will be required to be registered with management, via email, 72 hours in advance. Make and license plate number must be provided. Any unregistered trailer will be towed off. Trailers must be unhitched from tow vehicle and properly parked in one parking space on the EAST side parking lot closest to Padre Blvd
On site security will be provided during peak periods of the rental season
